Attachment & Conflict Readiness Workshop for Couples
Understand your relationship patterns before they become relationship problems.
A structured, clinically informed workshop that helps couples understand attachment, recognize conflict patterns, strengthen emotional safety, and build healthier ways of responding to one another.
What This Workshop is
The Attachment & Conflict Readiness Workshop helps couples understand the patterns that shape how they connect, communicate, and respond to one another during conflict.
Rather than focusing only on communication techniques, couples explore the emotional needs, attachment patterns, triggers, and protective responses underneath recurring disagreements.
The goal is not to eliminate conflict. It is to help couples recognize what is happening between them and develop healthier ways to stay connected when difficult moments arise.
What Makes This Workshop Different
Many couples workshops focus primarily on communication skills.
This workshop goes beneath the conversation.
Couples explore the emotional and relational patterns that influence what happens when one person feels hurt, rejected, overwhelmed, criticized, or disconnected.
Participants gain insight into:
✓ Why they react the way they do during conflict
✓ What triggers pursuit, withdrawal, defensiveness, or escalation
✓ What may be happening beneath their partner’s reactions
✓ How each partner can interrupt patterns that keep repeating
Understanding the pattern creates an opportunity to respond differently—not simply communicate better.
Core Focus
This workshop focuses on three areas that strongly influence how couples experience connection and conflict.
Attachment Awareness
✓ Identify individual attachment patterns
✓ Understand emotional needs and sensitivities
✓ Recognize patterns of pursuit, withdrawal, reassurance-seeking, or avoidance
Conflict Dynamics
✓ Understand how each partner’s responses interact during conflict
✓ Recognize recurring cycles of escalation, defensiveness, and withdrawal
✓ Identify the early signs that a conversation is becoming disconnected
Emotional Safety
✓ Create greater safety during difficult conversations
✓ Stay regulated and emotionally present when conflict arises
✓ Respond intentionally rather than automatically reacting
What Couples Will Learn
By the end of the workshop, couples will have a clearer understanding of both themselves and the relationship patterns they create together.
✓ Their individual attachment patterns and emotional needs
✓ The triggers that activate each partner during conflict
✓ How pursuit, withdrawal, defensiveness, and escalation develop
✓ How to recognize conflict before it becomes overwhelming
✓ Ways to communicate needs without blame or criticism
✓ How to respond to a partner without immediately becoming defensive
✓ Strategies for regulation, repair, and reconnection after conflict
✓ How to create greater emotional safety during difficult conversations
The aim is not perfect communication. It is greater awareness, more intentional responses, and a stronger ability to navigate difficult moments together.

Build a Stronger Way Forward
Healthy relationships are not defined by the absence of conflict. They are shaped by how partners understand one another, respond when emotions run high, repair after difficult moments, and find their way back to connection.
Understanding your patterns can change what happens next.
The Attachment & Conflict Readiness Program helps couples move beyond repeating the same cycle toward greater awareness, emotional safety, and more intentional ways of relating to one another.
You do not have to wait for a relationship to reach a breaking point before learning how to protect and strengthen it.
